• Facilitate the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of child specific support plans in consultation with parents, childcare providers and relevant professionals
• Create developmentally appropriate plans in accordance with the choices, priorities and goals identified by the parents and/or child care providers
• Support the implementation of inclusive philosophies, practices, policies and procedures, providing on-site, child-specific training, consultation and modelling
• Develop and delivers training workshops and presentations for SCD families regarding addressing challenging behaviours, developing social skills and teaching self-help skills
