Child Profile

Here at REACH we are often working on resources to support families and their children. One resource that has been extremely helpful for families is our CHILD PROFILE. Keeping this one-page document current helps families give other people in their lives a ‘snapshot’ of their child with extra support needs. Some places this has been helpful include: Summer camp, babysitters, school (especially for substitute teachers or new education assistants) new afterschool care settings or child care in any form, when relatives visit, sleepovers or play dates, just to name a few. Recently, REACH worked with the Delta Police to come up with a template that might be useful for them as well, in case of emergency. Download the fillable form and keep it on your fridge.
